Crystal Quest 7 stage countertop fluoride filter is very easy to hook up and maintain. To hook it up you just remove your existing aerator from you faucet and replace it with the diverter valve that comes with your fluoride filter.

With the diverter valve you can switch from filtered water to un filtered water by switching the valve lever up and down. When it is time to replace the filter cartridges all you do is un screw the canisters with the wrench that is provided and take the used up filter cartridge out and replace with the new one.

Then you just run water through the new filter cartridges for 10 to 15 minutes to flush them and to activate them after flushing the cartridges you are ready to enjoy fluoride, contaminant free water again.

The 1st stage water flows through a fluoride removal cartridge containing fine-mesh pre-resin media to reduce fluorides below 0.5 ppm. 2nd and 7th stage water flows through a pre and post one micron filter pads to remove suspended particles like silt, sediment, cyst (Giardia, Cryptosporidium), sand, rust, dirt and any other un-dissolved matter.
