The Crystal Quest 6 Stage Countertop Water Filter is very easy to install and maintain, it just hooks up to your faucet you take your existing aerator off and replace it with the diverter valve that comes with the countertop system, then you can switch from filtered water to un-filtered water.

This Countertop Filter has one filter cartridge that has 6 stages of filtration the water flows through a KDF 55, KDF 85, ion-exchange resin, coconut shell carbon media and two 1 micron filter pads. Flow rate is 0.75 to 1 gallon per minute.

You can get the Crystal Quest 6 Stage Countertop Water Filter in stainless steel and white, you can also purchase it to filter 10,000 gal, 20,000 gal or 30,000 gallons of water. Just choose what color and filtering capacity above.

In the 1st and 6th stages water flows through a pre and post one micron filter pads, that removes suspended particles like sand, silt, sediment, rust, dirt and any other un-dissolved particles in your water.

Stage 2 and 3 water flows through a eagle redox 6500 & 9500 media to remove or reduce chlorine and heavy metals like lead, mercury, copper, nickel, chromium, aluminum, and more. In stage 4 water flows through an ion exchange resin to reduce heavy metals like lead, copper, aluminum, and water hardness. Read more about ion resin

In stage 5 water flows through a coconut shell granulated carbon that is widely used to absorb a wide variety of organic contaminants like chlorine and other contaminants linked to cancer to name a few (THM’s, benzene), pesticides, insecticides, (VOC’s) PCB’s, MTBE’s and hundreds of other contaminants that may be in your water.
