SHIPPING

Free shipping Mainland 48 States only. All others please contact for shipping quote.

Up North Sales attempts to process and ship most orders within 3 to 7 business days, although we cannot guarantee this time frame. We make every attempt to abide by it. If for any reason any product is temporarily out of stock, it will be shipped as soon as it becomes available or issue a refund.

Shipping charges shown are for mainland 48 states and shown on your order form at checkout. international orders require additional shipping charges please contact for shipping price.

Ground shipping charges are the listed price. We currently use Fed Ex for most products, we ship small parts USPS First Class or Priority Mail. You may use a different carrier, but additional charges may be required. We e-mail tracking numbers for all shipments other than USPS, providing e-mail address has been provided.

Delivery to mainland 48 states usually takes 3-5 business days.

Customer is responsible for any duties which may be levied on imported products. Mainland 48 states are usually duty-free.

We ship most international packages by USPS Airmail. The cost for a small package is between $28.00 and $34.00. All other sizes please contact us for a shipping rate quote. Transit time is anywhere between 10-14 business days. We will ship internationally with your choice of carriers if it requested, and any additional cost will be added.

WHEN YOU RECEIVE YOUR MERCHANDISE

We must be notified of any damages or other problems within 5 days of receipt of your order. So please take the time to open and inspect the contents of your order. We also request that you check all of your order for any defects you may notice within 5 days.

SHIPPING DAMAGE

We inspect and properly package our merchandise at our facility before shipment. We assume no responsibility or liability for damage caused during shipment to products. All packages are insured. If damaged merchandise arrives to you, you must take the following steps and file a claim with the carrier to avoid claim delays or denial.

PURCHASER IS RESPONSIBLE TO FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CARRIER

If there appears to be shipping damage, please open and inspect all products before signing drivers release. If product appears to be damaged, refuse the delivery and make sure driver notes refusal is due to shipping damage. Do not sign or accept the delivery. If you sign the release, you accept the products in their current condition from the carrier and Up North Sales is not responsible to issue a replacement or refund. If you are unsure of shipment damage or not and you accept package, make sure you include a note when you sign shipper's proof of delivery slip, stating package is or appears to be damaged.

If delivery was accepted or dropped off and then you later realize product was damaged during shipment. Keep all original shipping cartons, packing materials and contents. Contact carrier and request pick up and return to us for replacement. Also file a claim with carrier immediately.

It is important that you inspect products upon delivery and report the damage to carrier within 5 business days of delivery, in order to avoid denial of claim or delay of your claim. If products were dropped off to your location ( we know if it was delivered by seeing the tracking information status. ) We cannot be held responsible or liable for stolen, lost or damaged goods, nor damage to your property occurring during delivery by delivery company.

WRONG PRODUCTS RECEIVED

We double check all orders before we ship them, however errors can occur. It is very rare that this happens. If you receive an incorrect product please notify us within 5 days of receipt. We will issue and RMA number with return instructions on where and how to return product to us. We will ship the correct product to you and pay shipping costs both ways. ( We truly care that you get the correct product the first time. )

RETURNS:

IF YOU ORDERED THE WRONG ITEM(S)If in the event you made an error when ordering and ordered the wrong item(s) and wish to return the item, e-mail us and ask for an RMA number and return instructions. Please for any reason DO NOT return the item you ordered without prior contact with us. There is a 15% restocking fee for any products that are sent back and is not defective.

RMA EXPLANATION(RMA)

Return Merchandise Authorization Number.If you need to return and item, please e-mail prior to returning the item. All returns must be referenced by an RMA Number. No matter where they were shipped from or how they were shipped.The item will be inspected upon arrival at our facility. Then you will be credited for the returned product less shipping and handling charges.

Rainshower Limited Warranty

The manufacturer warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship when installed, operated, and maintained in the manner instructed in the instruction sheet.

1) Filter housing and attached showerhead are warranted for one year from date of purchase.

2) The filter cartridge is warranted for 90 days from date of purchase.

The manufacturer will repair or replace any product that fails to perform due to faulty material or workmanship. Items not covered under the warranty include damage due to misuse, improper maintenance, improper installation, excessive water pressure or temperature, freezing or general misapplication of filter's use and purpose. There are no warranties expressed or implied, other than those stated herein. We are not liable in any way for the damage arising from the misuse or misapplication of the product.

To make claims under this warranty see your retailer or contact the distributor. To effect and validate the warranty, fill out and return the attached warranty card within 15 days of purchase.
